Get the remaining chocolate, if it's got hardened retemper it, and pour it over the top on the pistachio, wholly covering itI'd advise stay clear of incorporating the milk. Butter will help toast the pastry. I haven’t tried using applying white chocolate but I do use a little bit tahini paste and it's beautifully wonderful. Hope this will help xx
